Industrial zone developer Panattoni has successfully revitalised another brownfield site. They have returned industry to a location where it has historically thrived, the former Kavalier glassworks site in Hostomice, Teplice. The first tenant of the new industrial zone Panattoni Park Teplice South is the Czech sanitary equipment retailer Sanitino. It has started operating a distribution centre here, which will gradually serve the whole of Europe.

For several decades, trolleybuses for the entire eastern block were manufactured here. Then, for a long time, the site became one of the largest brownfields in the Czech Republic. And today, the construction of the first hall of the modern Panattoni Park Ostrov North was inaugurated here.

The expanded Tchibo distribution centre in Panattoni Park Cheb was grand opened today. With the completion of the third phase of construction, adding approximately 30,000 sqm, the hall, totalling over 100,000 sqm, has become the largest industrial building completed this year in the Czech Republic.

Industrial zone builder Panattoni was the most active in the construction of manufacturing and logistics halls in the Czech Republic in the third quarter of this year. The total area of all buildings under construction reached almost 300,000 sqm. Clients of this construction include prestigious brands such as Amazon, Tchibo and Doosan Bobcat. Panattoni thus dominated new industrial space construction in the Czech market in Q3.

West Bohemia is becoming a world centre for material handling technology.

Saint-Gobain, one of the world's largest manufacturers of automotive glass and a leader in the building materials production, is expanding in the Panattoni Park D5 Hořovice industrial zone and adding another 7,500 sqm to the existing 10,000 sqm. The value of the new building is almost EUR 7.5 million (approx. CZK 187 million).

Eight years since Amazon announced its entry into the Czech Republic, the world's leading e-commerce company has announced its expansion into Moravia. Industrial zone builder Panattoni will build a first robotic fulfillment center for Amazon in the Czech Republic on a brownfield site of a former sugar factory near Kojetín in the Přerov region. It will be the first fully-fledged multi-storey logistics building with state-of-the-art technological equipment in the Czech Republic.

The industrial zone developer Panattoni is preparing a modern hall for Doosan Bobcat in Zdice, Beroun Region. The world’s leading manufacturer of compact loaders and excavators will use it to receive, inspect, sort, store and prepare materials and components for supplying the production lines in nearby Dobříš, where, in addition to a production plant, it also has an innovation centre and a training centre. The project, called Panattoni Park Bratislava North, responds to the high demand for storage facilities which would provide an excellent transport service for Slovakia, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Hungary.
