The first tenant in the new Panattoni Park Ostrov North industrial zone will be Amphenol Tuchel Industrial, the world’s leading manufacturer of electrical connectors, smart card readers and cable assemblies. A multimodal complex near Brno Airport welcomes another tenant. The 38,000 m2 building is now occupied by Marmon Foodservice Manufacturing, a leading manufacturer of refrigeration equipment for gastronomy with a 70-year tradition. Marmon moves its production from Germany and due to Brexit from Great Britain as well to a strategically located and excellently technologically equipped park and joins love brands such as Coca Cola, Zásilkovna, Sinclair, and Okay. The industrial zone developer Panattoni has attracted one of the biggest retail players to the new Panattoni Park Hradec Králové South.
