The logistics complex near Týniště nad Orlicí in the Rychnov region has been reinforced by the international logistics service provider Dachser Czech Republic. E-bikes will be produced near Týniště nad Orlicí in the Rychnov region. Czech manufacturer Totem Bikes is heading to Panattoni Park Týniště. It will occupy premises with a total size of 9,900 sqm, with 9,300 sqm consisting of a production hall and the remaining 600 sqm of offices. The tenant will start using the warehouse part of the hall in September while production of e-bikes will begin at the end of this year.

The industrial zone Panattoni Park Pilsen West II, which is currently under construction, can look forward to its first tenant. The 36,400 sqm of leasable area will be occupied by Shape Corp. Shape Corp. will move into the new hall from Borske Pole (Pilsen) and expand the production of head impact absorbers, which increase the safety of car passengers.

The first modern industrial hall has been put into operation in Panattoni Park Zdice. Doosan Bobcat, the world’s leading manufacturer of compact loaders and excavators, will use it to receive, check, sort, store, and prepare materials and components for supplying the production lines in nearby Dobříš, where, in addition to a production plant, it also has an innovation centre and training centre. Approximately 80 employees will work in the 13,500 sq m hall.
