Panattoni Park Janki II is another in a series of investments by Panattoni Europe in the Warsaw region. The park’s excellent location in the immediate vicinity of the Sokołowska junction on the S8 expressway, connecting the S2 expressway with national road no 7 towards Krakow and Slovakia, creates the optimal conditions for distribution to Central Poland, as well as all of Europe.
Panattoni Park Janki II is a distribution centre comprising two modern grade A warehouses totalling 32,488 sqm of top-quality warehouse and office space meeting the diverse needs of customers from a range of business sectors. The facility has modern unloading docks and broad service yards.
The excellent location of the distribution centre is without a doubt one of its key advantages, guaranteeing fast and effective logistics. The proximity of the city centre ensures good access to public transport for the employees of the park and means that you can open your business premises on the doorstep of the capital city.
The park is situated in the immediate vicinity of the ‘Sokołowska’ junction on the S8 expressway leading from Wrocław to Białystok, connecting the metropolitan areas of: Wrocław, Łódź, Warsaw and Białystok. The route between Warsaw and Ostrów Mazowiecki constitutes the Polish section of the Via Baltica – international road E67, partly built to expressway standard – from Warsaw to Tallinn, Estonia, running via Lithuania and Latvia, which acts as the primary road connection for the Baltic states.
