Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, is developing a business cluster at the Central European Logistics Hub. On the site of the new project, the developer will deliver Panattoni Appliance Park, featuring 30,000 sqm. The entire complex is dedicated to the suppliers of components for the dishwasher factory of BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego. The completion of construction works at the park is planned for Q1 2020.

The developer has already created its second distribution centre in the Lublin region – Panattoni Park Lublin II featuring more than 62,000 sqm at full build-out. Its first tenant is an automotive enterprise – Varroc Lighting Systems, which will be opening a factory on the leased 25,000 sqm.

The industrial zone developer Panattoni Europe is starting the announced expansion to Slovakia. Having bought five plots of land with a total area of 75,000 sqm near Košice from Penta Real Estate, it plans to build two logistics halls with a storage area of 36,000 sqm. The new Panattoni Park Košice will provide its tenants with top industrial premises with excellent connections to the transport infrastructure, offering the city of Košice and its surroundings hundreds of new jobs.
